The Align Enterprise Service Center is an interactive, web-based policy consulting and reference center. It also provides policy-compliant data views to users, subject to a request-approval process. The Service Center provides interaction through standard webpage output to staff, partners, vendors and other third parties.
Data-Policy Enforcement Creates policy-compliant data views for users pursuant to requests for new data-handling practices and subject to approval by the Privacy Office role (non-compliant data views are denied)
Policy Reference Center Query policy data store using policy classification scheme
Policy Management - Distribute, view, upgrade, and publish policies; control published policy versions, leaving an audit trail
Audit Trail Maintain audit trail of all Service Center activities
Administrative Functions:
