Mr. Giglio comes to Synomos with over 20 years of experience in various IT-related fields. Over the past seven years as the US Provisioning Product Sales Specialist at Netegrity, he focused on security and compliance technologies, including user provisioning, access control, data protection and privacy and directory-enabled services. He was previously the Director of Sales for Business Layers, an e-provisioning company, which was acquired by Netegrity in 2003. Prior to joining Business Layers, he worked at Novell for over 13 years where he held various sales and managerial position including Major Accounts Executive and VP of Operations of a Novell subsidiary.

During his career, Mike has worked with many notable accounts including Chase Manhattan Bank, Wachovia, First Union, JP Morgan/Chase, Fleet, Johnson & Johnson, Park Place Entertainment, Goldman Sacks, American Express, GE, SPX, Pfizer, Schering Plough, Bristol Myers Squibb, Ontario Power & Light, BC Hydro and many more. Mike also held several government positions early in his career as well as serving as manager of Technical Assessment for Bristol Myers Squibb for eight years.
